    I have dry/combo skin which is sensitive to vitamin c. I had no issues with irritation.

    The mask is VERY wet, so application was good and the mask stayed in place for the recommended time without issue.
    The eye holes are a little close together causing lifting on the corners of the eyes but patting/tapping that area occasionally ensure essence can reach there and still have an effect.

    After removing the mask, and rubbing in the excess essence my face looked and felt moisturised and was very tacky to the touch. It took around 10 minutes to absorb the remaining essence and my face felt slightly tight and tacky.

    An hour after removal the tackiness had reduced to the typical feeling of having glycerine on your skin (very slightly tacky when pinching cheeks for eg).

    Tightness and stickiness remains around eyes, nose, mouth and neck (where I spread the essence to) and remained for at least an hour after. For me personally it makes me was to rinse off the remaining essence as that is not a feeling I particularly like.

    Adding my face oil over the top helped relieve that feeling.

    Overall my skin feels hydrated and I can see this working well within my current skincare regime.

      LUMISILK is intentionally infused with a highly concentrated serum, which can leave a dewy or slightly tacky finish as the active ingredients continue working even after removal. For those who prefer a lighter finish, a great tip is to follow with a small amount of moisturiser or face oil to seal in the hydration just as you did.
